Subhash Areechira from Dallas as the Chairperson of the “Stage Control and Time Management”committee of the 15th KCCNA Convention

KCCNA is proud to announceMr. Subhash Areechira from Dallas as the Chairperson of the “Stage Control and Time Management”committee of the 15th KCCNA Convention to be held in San Antonio from July 4th to 7th.

Mr. Sibu Kulangara(Chicago), Mr. Bijo Karakkattil(San Antonio) and Mr. Biju Vellapallikuzhiyil (Atlanta) will proudly serve as the Co- Chairpersons of this very important committee of our convention.

As you all know, “Time Management” of the events is the most important component towards the successful completion of any convention. The biggest responsibility/ challenge of this committee will be to make sure that all programs will happen without any significant delays – all 4 days of the convention.

Mr. Subash Areechira is a very active member of our Dallas unit since 2001. His passion and willingness to serve our Knanaya community has always been in display at his Dallas unit, and was the Co-Chair of the Food Committee of the 2010 Dallas KCCNA Convention. Mr. Subash possesses a proven record of having undertaken several critical time management/stage control positions at his local Dallas unit.

Mr. Sibu Kulangara is the current Secretary of KCS Chicago and has been doing a fantastic job as the Chicago KCS Secretary. His timeliness and enthusiasm in organizing/executing programs at Chicago, has always made him an outstanding organizer -both within and outside our Knanaya community. He has had in-depth experiences in controlling/managingevents while serving as the President of the Illinois Malayalee Association.

Mr. Bijo Karakatt hails from the hosting San Antonio unit. He has been actively involved with the San Antonio Knanaya community for a significant period of time in various roles. Additionally, he is a published author, having written and directed several short movies and documentaries.

Biju (Joseph) Vellapallikuzhiyil is the current General Secretary of our Atlanta Knanaya unit, and has been actively involved in our Knanaya community ever since his early adulthood in Chicago, showcasing his enduring commitment to community service and engagement. Mr. Biju is well experienced in handling and conducting programs on main stage and will be a great asset to this Stage Control and Time Management team.
